A flat in Necklace Pride comes to you in two short steps with the Society.

1 Share transferYour flat is registered in your name. Ask the Society to transfer the flat's share to you. The seller needs the Society's NOC, and the flat's dues must be cleared or undertaken by you (bye-laws 6.23, 10.3). 2 MembershipOnce the share is in your name, apply to become a member. Already a member for another flat? Your membership stays the same, so step 1 is all you need.

One membership per person, however many flats (bye-law 4.4). Aadhaar tells the Society who is who.
